Uganda Public Service Human Resource Managers Network (UPS-HRMnet) is an Association for human resource managers of the Public Service of Uganda. It aims at promoting the profession in a manner that transforms service delivery in the Uganda Public Service, in partnership with Ministry of Public Service as the parent ministry, similar associations and relevant stakeholders. The adage for UPS HRM-net is “Human Resource Professionals, driving a responsive Public Service”. In order to ensure that the association is a dynamic and sustainable organization, with sustainable membership, it operates a five (5) year strategic plan. This plan provides the direction and goals that the association focuses on during the five years.

Each Human Resource practitioner in the Public Service shall ensure that theyshow consideration and respect for all their clients, be consistent and true to their word, demonstrate loyalty and always seek to deliver extra ordinary results.
