The entire Human Resource Managers’ Fraternity gathered at Civil Service College(CSCU) in Jinja from the 25th – 27th may 2022 to renew UPSHRM-NET leadership, reflect on the progress made in the past period, share exeperiences and ideas that will shape Human Resource Practices;and, commit to new milestones and strategies necessary for acceleration of the pace of efficient and effective Public Service delivery on our National journey to middle income status.
